Graduate Programme

We are taking applications from ambitious graduates looking for a career in real estate and/or rural land management, to commence in September 2024.  You may have already completed your studies, or you may be graduating in September.  Graduates are usually required to have completed relevant degree courses approved by the RICS, enabling APC training to commence immediately on starting work.  However, we would also consider applications from outstanding graduates from other subject areas who are committed to a career at Whirledge & Nott.

Salary:  from £25,000 with annual increases in line with performance and a current starting salary for qualified chartered surveyors of £35k.  Performance related bonuses are paid to exceptional candidates.

Whirledge & Nott is a regional practice of chartered surveyors offering specialist advice to owners and occupiers of land and property. Established in 1988 we operate from two offices in Essex. We specialise in the following areas:
