Offering RICS qualification for September 2026 intake

Each year, we select graduates that we believe have the potential to excel at Whirledge & Nott.  Applications are now open for ambitious graduates seeking a career in real estate and rural land for September 2026.

If you have or are predicted a 2:1 or above in a RICS-accredited degree, we offer full on-the-job training to help you become accredited in less than 3 years.  We are particularly keen to hear from graduates who are interested in development and have completed development modules (development appraisal and finance and the development process).

• Salary:  £27,500 p.a. plus: workplace pension, company bonus, RICS qualification, career progression, 20-days holiday + bank holidays.
